Drinking ban follows Asbo breach

A drunk breached his antisocial behaviour order (Asbo) after trying to force his way into a homeless shelter and verbally abusing staff.

Bryn Barrick, 41, tried to get into The Oxford Night Shelter in Luther Street on Saturday.

He admitted breaching the Asbo at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Monday and Oxford City Council successfully changed the terms of the order so he now cannot drink alcohol in Luther Street.
