Police dog aids arrest over assault

A POLICE dog was used to capture a man who was arrested on suspicion of assault and affray.

The 29-year-old from Aylesbury was found with facial injuries in Lime Walk, Oxford, at about 7.20pm on Tuesday, and taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital .

He was released without charge but detained under the Mental Health Act.
