Apology after areas in Oxford left without water

OXFORD: Thames Water has apologised after a technical issue left customers in the OX1 area with no water or low pressure yesterday.

Thames Water said there was an issue with a pressure valve during the morning peak but the issue had been fixed by the evening rush.

Spokesman Natalie Slater said: “We had around 30 calls in from customers during the morning.

“We are really sorry for the inconvenience.”
