New bishop ordained for Catholic Diocese

OXON: A new bishop for the Catholic Diocese of Portsmouth, which includes parts of Oxfordshire, was ordained yesterday.
Fr Philip Egan, 56, was installed at the Cathedral Church of St John the Evangelist and became the eighth Bishop of Portsmouth.
