A memorial service to celebrate the life of businessman Richard Makepeace will take place at St Mary’s Church in Lower Heyford tomorrow at 2pm.
Former Cherwell district councillor Mr Makepeace died last month. He was the founder of the firm Oxford Agricultural Consultants.
