OXFORD: Oxford University has moved up two places in Times Higher Education world university rankings.

The institution was the highest UK university in the table, moving up from fourth last year to second.

Cambridge was seventh while the California Institute of Technology was first.

So, very important sales and marketing information to the poor and homeless in Oxford - whether to send their children to Oxford, or the California Institute of Technology?
