Sophia Antoniou
A STUDENT from Oxford daringly descended from the roof of St Pancras International to raise funds for Royal Marines and their families in need.
Sophia Antoniou, 20, is in her second year at the University of Exeter studying Law with European Studies.
She was part of a team of 20 who did the abseil last month. It was part of Take The Leap – a bid to raise more than £150,000 for the Commando Spirit Appeal on behalf of The Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund.
Ms Antoniou said: “The Royal Marines do so much and I hope by taking on this challenge I will be doing my part to support and raise awareness of this fantastic cause.”
