House burgled

A burglar smashed a glass door panel to break into an Iffley Road home and steal a mobile phone and cash between 6am and 11.45am on Wednesday, October 10.

If it didn't know whether there was anyone in the house it's a robbery-use or threat of force.There is no such thing as a noisy burglary. Burglary is quiet and carries 14 years. Robbery is noisy and carries life imprisonment, e.g.the folks who shot the scumbags and were locked up 54 hours by PC Noddy and Sergeant Bigears
