Flooding talks

OXFORD: Concerns over flooding in Oxfordshire were addressed at a city forum.

The event at Oxford Town Hall on Tuesday was attended by dozens of residents.

It was part of a month-long campaign by the Environment Agency to raise awareness about flooding.

Talks from county and city council members encouraged residents to obtain the right flood insurance and gave advice on how best to respond if their home is flooded.

......I don't think we need to be made aware about flooding, a large percentage of the population have personal experience of it.
