A VIGILANTE 'parking warden' armed with a permanent black marker pen is causing havoc with residents in Marlow.
Three cars had messages scrawled across their windscreen in permanent pen after they were left parked in River Park Drive. Yet the area has no parking restrictions.
The victims of the parking vigilante, who returned to their cars after fishing on the river, were shocked to find the message "No parking. You have been told before. You can't taunt the law," on one windscreen and similar on others.
Roger Matkin has lived in the road for eight years and said: "That is pretty horrible behaviour. I don't think there's anyone down here that has not got parking. So few people come down here to park it really isn't a problem."
It took place on Saturday at around 9pm. Police say the offender is a woman, accompanied by a man.
