Graham Eardley, a former councillor for Walsall Metropolitan Borough Council, is the UKIP parliamentary candidate for Watford.
Mr Eardley, 44, works as a credit controller for a Wolverhampton-based rubber company and is an active member of the church, serving on the Lichfield Diocesan Board of Patronage. He has previously lived in Harrow and Potters Bar.
