Former RAF officer Paul Wesson has lived in Carterton since 1995.
He has been a district councillor, a Carterton town councillor a non-executive director for South West Oxfordshire NHS PCT (2001-2006) and is a member of Oxfordshire Schools Admissions Appeals Panel.
He said: “I believe in small government with fewer properly enforced laws. I want the UK to leave the EU and to reduce bureaucracy, especially the many restrictions that hamper the growth of small businesses. I would repeal many of our restrictive laws that impact on personal freedoms and would scrap the ID card and associated database.”
