Oxfordshire has been awarded extra Government money for communities still affected hit by last year's flooding.
Floods recovery minister John Healey has today announced the county would benefit to the tune of £1m.
In total, 62 local authorities would receive a share of almost £31m - "with no strings attached".
The money is on top of the £100m already provided by the Government.
Oxfordshire County Council will receive £681,820, Oxford City Council £99,608, Cherwell District Council £131,063, West Oxfordshire District Council £61,266 and Vale of White Horse District Council £34,194.
This money is in addition to £1.35m already provided to Oxfordshire by Whitehall since July last year.
Mr Healey said: "It is a long established principle that authorities put aside resources and get insurance to cover unforeseen events such as floods.
"But given the scale of last summer's flooding it was right the Government has helped to the tune of £133m."
