PARKING meters in Hounslow, Brentford and Chiswick have been the victim of several of attacks this week.

Meters in Prince Regent South Car Park, Prince Regent Road Car Park and Grove Road Car Park in Hounslow were all targeted between 1 - 1.30am on Saturday April 26th. £249.97 cash was stolen in total.

British Grove, in Chiswick was also subject to attack. In this instance, the top of the meter was actually cut off and removed by the thieves causing an estimated £500 worth of damage. The meter had only taken £2 inside. The theft is thought to have occurred some time between 6.30pm on Friday April 25th and 1.50pm on Monday April 28th, when the meter was reported as damaged.

A meter in Windmill Road in Brentford was also hit on April 26th but it is not known how much money was taken.
