Further heavy rain is expected to hit Oxfordshire tomorrow, sparking concerns about flooding.
The Met Office has predicted rain coming in from the west will get heavier over the county by around 7am.
A spokesman said he expected between 5mm and 10mm to fall throughout Thursday.
The Environment Agency has already put out 21 flood warnings across various water courses, and said prolonged torrential rail could cause further flooding.
