THREE world-leading choirs will join forces tomorrow for the first time for 30 years.
Boys from Magdalen College, New College and Christ Church Cathedral Schools will perform together at Christ Church Cathedral in St Aldate’s on Saturday evening.
Nearly 100 men and boys from the three institutions will perform in the 16th century church, in an event that is free to the public.
“They are remarkable in combing young children and adults in a performance tradition.”
Head chorister at Magdalen 13-year-old Oliver Doggett said: “It’s going to be different us singing at Christ Church.”
The doors open at 5.30pm.
