An ambulance spokeswoman confirmed that a casualty died in an M40 crash last night
THE CASUALTY of a crash on the M40 near Banbury last night was a 50-year-old-man from Headington, who was found dead at the scene.
Thames Valley Police is appealling for witnesses who saw the VW Golf spin off the northbound carraigeway, slide down an embankment and crash on its roof.
Police were called to the crash at 8.20pm, between junction 10 and 11.
A spokeswoman for South and Central Ambulance Service confirmed that paramedics declared the person deceased upon arrival.
