A TEENAGER and a 26-year-old man accused of robbing a Headington bank have appeared in court.
Tyron Smith, of no fixed abode, and a 16-year-old boy from Oxford, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Oxford Magistrates' Court this afternoon.
Both are accused of threatening staff and making off with a substantial amount of cash from Lloyds Bank, in London Road, at about 10.30am on January 23.
Smith, who was arrested yesterday, was wearing a black Adidas jacket and blue tracksuit bottoms.
He was remanded in custody and the teenager, who was arrested last Friday, was granted bail.
They are both due to appear before Oxford Crown Court on March 11.
