FIREFIGHTERS were called to sheltered housing in Kidlington after a blaze broke out in a microwave yesterday.
A fire service spokesman said the call to Homewell House, The Moors, came in at 2.32pm.
When crews arrived the blaze was already out.
Two people were taken out of the building and ventilation fans were used to clear smoke from communal areas.
