FORMER rockstar Nick Cope took his magic to Kidlington to perform in a special Christmas event.
The former Candyskins frontman sang songs from his large repertoire which enthralled children and parents alike.
More than 150 people came to see the songwriting maestro on Friday, December 2, which he finished with a Christmas medley before turning on the Christmas lights in the Kidlington Centre.
After the switch on, choirs from St Thomas More and West Kidlington Primary Schools delivered a performance of their own.
Marketing project manager at the Kidlington Centre said: "The Kidlington centre is proud to be part of such a vibrant community.
"We hope to bring more fun and entertainment to Kidlington in the future."
