Rowan White, of Colwell Road, Berinsfield, rode a bike on the pavement in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on October 16.

The 28-year-old pleaded not guilty to the offence in November but was found guilty in his absence at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on January 29.

He was fined £150 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30. White was also made to pay court costs of £625.
