Is the trading standard for Oxfordshire
is still alive?

Knowing some large stores watering-down their alcohol bottles, no one want
to know, or is it, the back hander is in-
operation is on? I just wonder?

Ken I think you've been on the drink too.

I see a few people from Luther Street on here - all the "homeless" down & outs. Can't they behave themselves?

aggravated vehicle taking - what does that mean in plain English. I first saw that term when some youths were caught in a Range Rover near Witney.

Also, the descriptions of these offences - who copied who, Monty Python or Establishment.

This failure to provide a specimen. Sometimes it is very difficult to go on demand. Perhaps give them a shock of their lives then you may get good measure!

Sad, though what some low lifes get up to, such that punishment makes no difference. Then TV constantly portrays such events as challenging acting

Aggravated Vehicle Taking is where you don't just borrow/steal a car to get from A to B, but smash it up, set fire to it, commit offences with it, etc etc.
Apart from the inconvenience to the car owner and danger to anybody getting in the way, we all end up paying through increased insurance.

Gunslinger, etc., after reading your explanation do you think this punishment was sufficient, though not sure if the second offence increased his sentence?
