Buggy grabbed during dispute at school

A man grabbed a buggy carrying a four-month-old baby during an argument with a 21-year-old man.
The incident happened at about 3.30pm on Friday at Pegasus First School in Field Avenue, Blackbird Leys, Oxford. The father took hold of the buggy and left with his children, but they were then followed to an alleyway that leads onto Littlebury.
Police would like to speak to a white male, in his late 20s or early 30s, 5ft 11ins tall, of medium build, with a completely bald head. He was wearing dark blue denim jeans and plain black Adidas top. Contact 101.
