A yoga class has been held on a train to combat so-called phone zombies.
Chiltern Railways carried out the stunt on a train from Birmingham to London after partnering with mental health charity Mind.
Passengers were invited to join in with the yoga class and take part in other mindfulness activities such as adult colouring.
Chiltern’s commercial director, Eleni Jordan, said: “People are glued to their phones everywhere they go.
“Whilst a crucial part of our lives, there is great benefit in taking time to switch off.
“We wanted to create a space to promote mindfulness – where our passengers can sit back, reflect and re-energise.”
Chiltern collaborated with the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre to launch the yoga class on Wednesday.
It also suggested poses and mindfulness tips for passengers to use on all services.
