Sir – Not for the first time, James Elles MEP has hit the nail on the head.
Mobile phone reception in Oxfordshire generally, and in much of Woodstock, is appalling. What makes this worse is that customers are duped by network coverage maps into buying phones and expensive fixed contracts only to discover their phones cannot be used properly.
I’ve been caught like this by O2 for the past 18 months. It is time to call the networks to account.
