THESE youngsters were showing people how it is done at a martial arts open day in Abingdon this weekend.
On Saturday, visitors could try out karate, kickboxing and Jeet Kune Do for free at the Can Do Martial Arts School in Berry Croft.
There were also other fitness classes, such as spinning and pilates, available to try for adults and children.
Brothers Ollie and Ben Mannion, aged 11 and eight, gave demonstrations to visitors throughout the day.
Jeet Kune Do is a martial art based on Bruce Lee’s philosophy on mixing different fighting methods and martial arts for the best level of self-defence and self-expression.
