BONES found at a house in Shelley Close, Abingdon have been confirmed as being from an animal.
Thames Valley Police said it had been called to the property today after a number of bones were discovered.
A resident near the property said: "The people who live there, they're having a patio extension."
Sue Richardson, whose late mother-in-law lived next door, said the blue tent on the driveway was put up by police at about 1.35pm.
Police were reportedly investigating in the back garden of the property.
TVP spokeswoman Charlotte Redman confirmed the bones were from an animal, but could not say which animal.
