  • SCOTT ALEXANDER, 30, c/o Jubilee Court, Banbury, admitted stealing meat worth £25.95 from Farmfoods in Calthorpe Street, Banbury, on February 10. Fined £80 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £20 costs.
  • STEVEN LLOYD, 42, of no fixed address, admitted stealing four cans of beer worth £5.20 from Waitrose in Abbey Close, Abingdon, on February 17. Also admitted stealing two mini bottles of wine worth £4 from Co-op in Bury Street, Abingdon, on February 16. Fined a total of £80 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20.
  • JOSE PHILLIPS, 53, of no fixed address, admitted causing criminal damage by breaking a window in Oxford on February 24. Fined £65 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
  • DANIEL GILLETT, 29, of Bowness Avenue, Didcot, admitted possessing a kitchen knife in public in North Avon Way, Didcot on February 20. Jailed for six weeks and ordered to pay an £80 victims’ surcharge.
  • ALEX HIGGS, 22, of Westholm Court, Bicester, admitted using threatening or abusive words and behaviour with intent to cause fear against a man in Bicester on September 19, 2014. Given a two-week curfew between 7pm and 6am and a supervision order. Ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • SHAWN TRINDER, 19, of Wenman Road, Witney, admitted racially aggravated assault on a man in Corn Street, Witney, on October 18, 2014. Given a 26-week sentence suspended for 12 months. Ordered to attend aggression management course and given a 12-week curfew between Friday and Sunday from 7pm and 6am. Ordered to pay £425 compensation. a victims’ surcharge of £80 and £300 costs.
  • ROBERT WARNE, 41, of Farnborough Road, Mollington, admitted breaching a restraining order by harassing a woman in Mollington on February 25. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.
  • LEON DU PLOOY, 41, of Thompson Drive, Caversfield, admitted assaulting a woman in Caversfield on January 10. Given a community order requiring participation in a Building Better Relationships programme for 30 days and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • LEIGH CLARKE, 23, of Moorland Road, Witney, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of unlawful violence, and obstructing a police constable in the execution of duty at Langdale Court, Witney, on February 6. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • RICHARD EVANS, 43, of Fiennes Road, Banbury, admitted racially or religiouslyaggravated provocation of violence at Banbury on September 28. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a £40 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  • CARLA GIBSON, 37, of Baker Close, Caversfield, was convicted of failing to supply police with information that could identify a driver suspected of a driving offence, in Banbury between July 10 and August 7, 2014. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for six months.
  • JANNA HOLCOMBE-EDMUNDS, 33, of Thorne Close, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in Thorne Close, Kidlington, on February 6. Had 101 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Ordered to do 70 hours of unpaid worth in the next 12 months and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for 25 months.
  • ANTHONY MCPARTLAND, 56, of Queen Emmas Dyke, Witney, was convicted of driving on the A4095 in Long Hanborough without insurance on May 8. Fined £600 and ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding a driving licence for 12 months.

  • ERIC AUSTIN, 45, of no fixed address, admitted obtaining food and drink dishonestly by presenting a post office card without chip and pin in St Clement’s Street, Oxford, on February 14. Given a 28-day sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay compensation of £82.55.
  • STUART GILBERT, 50, of no fixed address, admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels whiskey worth £50.98 from a Co-op store in London Road, Oxford, on February 18. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge.
  • PAUL HUBBLE, 32, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted taking a Volkswagen Golf without consent and also driving the car without a licence or insurance on February 17 in Park End Street, Oxford. Ordered to take part in a rehabilitation programme for 30 days and pay £50 in compensation. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • ANTON LICA, 27, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted speeding at 58mph in 30mph zone on the A4074 Henley Road on July 27, 2014. Fined £335 and ordered to pay a £34 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.
  • MOHAMMED MIAH, 20, of Parkers Circus, Chipping Norton, admitted driving in Church Hill Road, Chipping Norton, without insurance on June 12, 2014. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge. Driving record endorsed with six points.

  • ROGER BAILEY, 70, of Schuster Close, Cholsey, near Wallingford, admitted not telling the Department of Work and Pensions that his wife had a job, which he knew would affect his entitlement to pension credit, between May 4, 2009 and January 27, 2013. Fined £310 and ordered to pay a £31 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
