A 52-year-old conman who told his victims he would pass on donations to the family of a pilot injured in an accident has again had his sentencing adjourned.
Kevin Crellin, of Sibford Gower, was convicted on three counts of fraud on February 24 this year.
He committed the offences against Peter Morris and John Zarno by not passing on their donations and also conned Susan Waring-Smith out of money.
A second sentencing hearing was adjourned yesterday for a report on a heart condition Crellin claimed to have. He is now due to be sentenced next Wednesday.
