Had 52 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £500 costs. Banned from driving or holding a licence for 14 months.

Aftab Afzal, 39, of Kennington Road, Kennington, convicted of driving an unlicensed large goods vehicle on the A34 Western Bypass on January 27. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £125 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Roisin McLaughlin, 24, of Middleton Road, Banbury, convicted of stealing four cans of larger, worth £5.25, from Londis in Banbury and assaulting a man and a woman by beating them in Banbury on October 12. Also admitted failing to answer bail at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on June 15. Also convicted of stealing a £40 suitcase from Matalan in Banbury on April 23; £50 worth of clothes from Sainsbury’s at the Pioneer Centre, Bure Place, Bicester, on May 4; food, drink and a paddling pool of value unknown from Pound Stretcher in Banbury on May 15; £35 worth of goods from the Co-op in Rotary Way, Banbury, on August 31; and £12.97 worth of goods from the Ruscote Arcade Co-op in Banbury on September 27. Also convicted of stealing four bottles of wine, two of cider, two of Smirnoff Ice, three of beer, four cans of beer and three sausage rolls worth a total of £50 from the Co-op store in Middleton Road, Banbury, on April 28. Given a four-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to have six months of alcohol dependency treatment. Also ordered to pay £247.97 compensation, £200 costs, an £80 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Prashena Bhojwani, 36, of Foxfield Court, Chipping Norton, convicted of driving a vehicle on a public road, the A40 at Oxford, which was unlicensed on December 9. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £90 costs.

Ion Craciun, of Jackson Road, Oxford,convicted of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, Hayfield Road, Oxford, on February 24. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £37.50 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Mylo Falkner, 22, of Southfield Road, Oxford, convicted of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road, Southfield Road, Oxford, on February 23. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £24.17 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Darren Evans, 39, of Hamilton Close, Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on June 26. Also admitted failing to answer bail at Banbury Magistrates’ Court on July 10 having been released on criminal proceedings from Banbury Police station on June 26. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Thomas Howells, 19, of Bloxham Road, Milcombe, admitted drink-driving on the A41 near Wendlebury on July 19. Had 68 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the 35mcg legal limit. Fined £300 and ordered to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Also banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.

Jade Kelly, 25, of Causeway, Banbury, admitted possessing Ketamine and mephedrone, both Class B drugs, in Alma Road, Banbury, on June 26. Also admitted failing to attend a police assessment to establish whether or not she was dependent upon or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug, after police found traces of cocaine in her system on July 3. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £20 costs and a £180 criminal courts charge.

Christopher Knowles, 38, of no fixed address, admitted stealing a pair of children’s shoes, worth £30, from Marks & Spencer in Bridge Street, Banbury, on July 11. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge, £20 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Wayne Moscrop, 25, of Bluebell Way, Carterton, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour at the BP garage in Carterton Road, Brize Norton, on July 19. Fined £200 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge.

Kevin Perry, 35, of Stratfield Road, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving on Green Road, Kidlington, on July 12. Had 113 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Also admitted criminally damaging a cell at Banbury Police Station on the same date with excrement, to the value of £173. Given a community order with 200 hours of unpaid work in the next 12 months to be supervised by a probation officer and ordered to pay a £330 fine, £173 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving or holding a driving licence for three years.

Susan Pittaway, 63, of Foxfield Court, Chipping Norton, admitted drink-driving in Fox Close, Chipping Norton, on July 16. Had 72 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath over the legal limit of 35mcg. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 criminal courts charge. Banned from driving for 20 months.

Natalie French, 28, of Essex Street, Oxford, convicted of keeping a large goods or passenger vehicle on a public road on February 23, despite having made a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN) to the DVLA. Fined £200 and ordered to pay £37.50 vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.
