A BANBURY man arrested outside Buckingham Palace and charged with carrying knives and a "wire saw" has gone on the run.
John Bolton, 47, was arrested at Hyde Park Corner on Thursday, June 9, on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon in public.
He was later charged with three counts of possessing a knife and one count of possessing a wire saw.
Bolton, of East Street, Banbury, was released on bail and ordered to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Thursday, August 4, but he never showed up.
The court has now issued a warrant for his arrest for not answering bail.
