Warrant issued after Banbury defendant fails to show

An arrest warrant has been issued for a man who failed to turn up for his sentencing at court.
Pawel Leja was due to be dealt with at Oxford Crown Court today but the 27-year-old did not appear.
Leja, of Chetwode, Banbury, had previously admitted an offence of affray that took place in Horsefair in the town on December 27.
