A driver has been released without charge by police investigating the death of two-year-old Ellie-May Doran.

The youngster died after a collision with a reversing car at Oaks View Park, Upper Arncott, near Bicester, last month.

The 49-year-old man from Upper Arncott was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving after the incident but told he will not face further action when he answered bail yesterday.
