Broken down vehicle on M40 slip road at Wnedlebury roundabout
ONE lane of the M40 slip road at Junction 9 is closed because of a broken down vehicle.
The southbound exit road at the A34 / A41 (Bicester) has one lane closed while recovery vehicles arrive.
It is not causing any delays on the motorway.
