AUTUMN provided the perfect setting for a Bicester and Kidlington Ramblers walk through Otmoor to Oddington on Tuesday.
The walk is featured in a book the group has written – Short Walks Around Bicester – which describes 12 short rambles in the area covering not more than five miles.
Chairwoman Mary Gough said: “The walk went very well, the weather was kind to us and did not rain – the sun even came out at one point.”
The walking group’s next outing is a circular Fringford walk following a leisurely five-mile route – tomorrow.
The walk route includes Hethe, Cottisford and Shelswell Park, ending with a pub stop for the Bicester and Kidlington Ramblers AGM.
