Drivers delayed by broken-down car at M40 junction nine
Drivers at junction nine of the M40 have been facing heavy traffic this morning after a car broke down on a slip road.
One lane was blocked and traffic left queuing for two miles after a car broke down on the slip road for the southbound carriageway.
It was earlier reported by Highways England that the car was on the northbound slip road but it was on the southbound slip road.
