Jurors yesterday found Phillip Nicholls not guilty of inflicting grievous bodily harm with intent in Bicester’s the White Horse pub, in Churchill Road.
The 30-year-old, of Harrier Way, Bicester, had denied the offence, alleged to have taken place against Nicholas Saunders on January 24 last year, during his two-day trial at Oxford Crown Court this week.
