A MAN accused of forging documents over the course of six years has elected to face a trial by jury.

Ahmed Khan, of Heron Court, Bicester, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on Friday to deny one count of forgery and another of possession of articles involved in the use of fraud.

The 55-year old is alleged to have forged the signature of a chartered accountant between October 19 2009 and January 16 2015 as well as possessing Sage Payslips on March 17 2015.

Khan will face a trial at the same court on September 17.

The trial is set to last five days.
