Reconnected

BT engineers were today cross-checking phonelines in Steeple Aston after completing reconnection work to restore service to some 350 homes and businesses cut off by copper cable thieves.

Properties were left without phone and internet services after thieves stole more than 1km of copper cabling from BT’s Steeple Aston exchange on January 20.

I hope there will be additional security now, it's well known that criminals return to the scene of the crime when they think the items they stole have been replaced.......And if these particular criminals can read, they now know for certain.
