A DIDCOT man has been charged in connection with a motorbike theft.
Michael Patrick Hogan, 25, of Sir Frank Williams Avenue, Didcot, was charged earlier this week with one count of theft of a motor vehicle, one count of driving without a licence and third party insurance, and one count of common assault.
The charge relates to an incident that happened overnight between Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 13 when a motorbike was stolen from a driveway on Blackthorn Road, Didcot, and then driven in Harwell.
Hogan was arrested on Sunday and charged on Monday.
He appeared at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday and was released on bail to Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 5.
