Eco-power plant plan submitted

WASTE Recycling Group has lodged an application for planning permission to build an eco-power plant at its site off Appleford Road, Sutton Courtenay.
The anaerobic digestion facility would create power from crops.
The design was revised after exhibitions of the firm's proposals last autumn.
Vale of White Horse District Council aims to make a decision on the scheme by March.
Oxfordshire County Council blocked a plan by the firm to build a £20m waste treatment plant at the site in September.
