Multi-platinum-selling artist Leona Lewis will appear at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday, July 12.
Tickets priced at £35 will go on sale in person at The Sands offices, Scarborough from 8am on Monday, January 21, giving local residents the chance to buy tickets before general sale release.
The Sands will charge a £2 booking fee on each ticket sold.
Tickets will also be available from tourist information centres in Filey, Scarborough and Whitby.
Tickets will go on general sale from 10am on Monday, January 21, at ticketmaster.co.uk (0844 844 0444) and arenaticketshop.co.uk (0114 256 5567).
