OXFORD'S Folly Bridge was closed on Monday for more than half an hour over concern for a woman’s safety.
Police confirmed they were concerned for a woman’s safety after they were called at 6.35pm.
Four police cars, two fire engines and an ambulance attended.
The incident was resolved by about 7.20pm and the woman was treated by ambulance staff.
Oxford Bus Company diverted all its services using Abingdon Rd via Iffley Road and Donnington Bridge.
