A judge has started summing up the case against two men accused of raping a woman after a night out.
Roy Sinclair, of Palmer Road, Headington, and 50-year-old Winston Nichol, of Morton Road, London, both deny two counts of rape.
Sinclair, 46, also faces a charge of attempted rape, and it is alleged all the offences happened in his flat after a night out on January 5 this year.
Judge Zoe Smith will continue summing up the case to a jury in Oxford Crown Court this morning.
