Broken down military vehicle blocks one lane of A34 at Botley interchange
A broken-down military lorry has blocked a lane southbound on the A34 at the Botley interchange.
There is reportedly two miles of tailbacks due to the incident, at the junction between the Western By-Pass and the A420
