Rape trial at Oxford Crown Court in July
A man accused of raping a woman in a Headington flat will be tried at Oxford Crown Court on July 27.
Catalin Horhota, 41, of no fixed address, faces charges of rape and attempted rape on September 20, and two further charges of sexual assault in South Park, East Oxford, on September 21.
