FOOTBALL legends joined together for the an 1982 episode of BBC show Superstars in Oxford.
The show included three-days of competition and football legends George Best and Scotland's international goalkeeper Alan Rough were on hand for the prize givings.
Pictured here is Mr Rough, holding four-year-old Rachel Coggins of Palmer Road in Oxford.
The youngster won a cassette recorder in the Superstars meeting draw.
Elsewhere at the event Mr Best was on hand to award Mrs Anne Sandy, of Kidlington, a Ferguson colour TV set in a contest run by the Oxford Mail in conjunction with Superstars' visit to the city.
The three day event throughout July ended in glorious sunshine at Oxford University's Iffley Road track.
