£1m house case adjourned

A COURT battle over the ownership of a £1m house in North Oxford will resume later this week.
Abbey Folami, 46, is trying to win an order at Oxford County Court to evict tenants Philip Brown and Keiron Halstead from the Warnborough Road house.
But the pair claim there is no legal owner of the property, which used to belong to a now-dead Nigerian chief, and it should pass to them under adverse possession laws.
Recorder Alastair Wilson will hear closing arguments in the case on Thursday.
