Rodney Siziba, 22, of Mansfield Gardens, Didcot, admitted driving without due care and attention, without insurance and without a licence in The Broadway, Didcot, on August 1. Fined £280, a £15 victims’ surcharge and ordered to pay £200 compensation. Given six penalty points.
Andrew Kidby, 18, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted taking a mobile phone and pizza vouchers worth about £275 in a burglary in Margaret Road, Oxford, between October 14 and November 6. Also admitted fraud by false representation by using a stolen credit card to make a gain of £679.43 between October 28 and November 4. Given an eight-month jail term, suspended for two years. Given two years’ supervision and told to pay £280 compensation and do 100 hours’ unpaid work.
Niall McDonald, 18, of Wey Road, Berinsfield, admitted shoplifting a mobile phone valued at £19.99 from Berinsfield News on December 23 and failing to surrender to court bail on January 25. Given an 18-month conditional discharge and fined £20, a £15 victims’ surcharge and told to pay £19.99 compensation and £50 costs.
Clifford Edmonds, 39, of Brome Place, Oxford, admitted possessing cannabis (Class B) and cocaine (Class A) in Oxford on January 31. Fined £200. Deemed paid by detention in the courthouse until the end of the day.
Rachel Hart, 33, of Cowley Road, Oxford, admitted shoplifting £76.61 of cosmetics from Boots in Oxford on December 21. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Bernard Muiruri, 21, of Banbury Road, Oxford, admitted burglary of a bicycle, clothing, can of Coke and can of beer totalling £180 from a dwelling in Woodstock Road, Oxford, on November 21. Told to pay £85 costs and £198.60 compensation and given a three-month curfew and six-month alcohol-treatment requirement.
Andrew Richardson, 35, of Banbury Road, Kidlington, admitted stealing number plates and making off without payment for £76 of fuel from Abingdon on November 13. Three other offences taken into consideration. Given a 24-month conditional discharge and told to pay £273.03 compensation.
Charlotte Barton, 24, of Hardings Close, Oxford, admitted shoplifting £20 of meat from Sainsbury’s on May 12, failing to surrender to bail on July 22 and shoplifting two iPod docks valued at £80 from WH Smith on October 15. Told to pay £60 compensation and given a six-month drug-rehabilitation order.
Gary Curtis, 29, of Park Road, Faringdon, admitted burgling a hostel of copper piping in Wantage on July 6. Given 60 hours’ unpaid work and told to pay £81.15 compensation.

Linda Birnie, 52, of Ruskin Walk, Bicester, admitted two counts of making a fake 999 call which she was prohibited from doing under a restraining order on August 11. Fined £100 and a £15 victims’ surcharge.
Leon Drummond, 39, of Thornbury Rise, Banbury, admitted possessing heroin (Class A) in Banbury on December 18. Fined £85, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.
Leon Caton, 20, of West Bar Street, Banbury, admitted assault by beating in Banbury on September 25. Given an eight-week curfew and told to pay £100 compensation.
Danny Hewitt, 21, of Swan Court, Witney, admitted assault by beating in Witney on June 23. Given 12 months’ supervision with a requirement to attend the Education to Employment scheme. Also told to pay £40 costs and £100 compensation. Christopher Wain, 34, of Richens Drive, Carterton, admitted shoplifting two bottles of wine from Co-op in Carterton on November 13 and breaching a conditional discharge by further offending. Original offence of attempted shoplifting resentenced. Fined £250, £12 compensation, and £225 costs.
Melanie Fowler, 34, of Newland Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting £50 of perfume from Debenhams in Banbury on January 23. Given a six-month conditional discharge.
Naim Khan, 33, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted failing to stop a vehicle when required by a constable in uniform in Leopold Street, Oxford, on April 2. Fined £100, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £65 costs.
Thomas Parry, 19, of Gossway Fields, Kirtlington, admitted criminally damaging a door and assault by beating in Bicester on November 22. Given 12 months’ supervision with activity requirements and told to pay £120 compensation.
Andrew Nisbet, 33, of Dover Avenue, Banbury, admitted shoplifting a £5.99 bottle of wine from Marks and Spencer in Bicester on February 1. Fined £60 and a £15 victims’ surcharge. Deemed paid by detention in the court house until the end of the day.
Fiona Scott, 55, of Abelwood Road, Long Hanborough, admitted shoplifting an £11.99 bottle of port from Marks and Spencer in Witney on January 6. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £20 costs.
Ilir Sheta, 32, of Longworth Close, Banbury, convicted of assault by beating in Banbury on June 10. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and told to pay £100 costs.
