Martin Morley, 49, of Speyside Close, Carterton, admitted drink-driving in Burford Road, Minster Lovell, on February 21. Had 65 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above legal limit of 35. Fined £400, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving for 16 months.
John Agnew, 58, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Walton Street, Oxford, on February 21. Fined £50, with £15 surcharge and £40 costs.
Saied Safarchi, 38, of Burchester Avenue, Oxford, admitted shoplifting a laptop bag valued at £29.99 from W H Smith and vodka valued at £30.50 from Co-op in Oxford on January 18. Fined £70, a £15 victims’ surcharge and £50 costs, and told to pay £60.49 compensation.
Melanie Fowler, 34, of Newland Road, Banbury, admitted shoplifting perfume valued at £41.99 from Superdrug in Bicester on December 5. Six-month conditional discharge and £41.99 compensation order.
